TENNIS COURT SURFACES

Tennis court surfaces are technically advanced, 100% acrylic sports surfaces. Many people refer to tennis court surfaces as “tennis court paint”, but our systems are designed to provide consistent speed of play, texture, and vibrant color to any indoor or outdoor facilities. Our tennis court surfaces are formulated to resist fading and withstand variety of weather conditions from ice and snow to intense heat and ultra-violet rays.

Tennis Court Floor Covering Systems

We have three different acrylic based tennis court floor covering. All of the systems are certificated by ITF and they are produced in line with the world standards.

Tines courts Systems

 Standard

It is composed of components with 100% pure acrylic latex polymers. It is the most economical system of our T series. It is a covering that can be used during all four seasons and that it has an aesthetical, long-lasting and textured structure with a topcoat covering colored with UV resistant pigments provide the players with an opportunity to play comfortably and with a good performance. As it is used as a tennis court floor covering, it is also safely used in multipurpose outdoor play fields for basketball, volleyball, and handball. It is classified as number 2 by ITF (ITF pace rate: 2). as it is recommended to be used on the asphalt floor, it can also be used on suitable concrete floors after the surface preparations are made with proper primer systems.

T Cushion

The system has acquired an elastic structure with RUBBER coat that was created by mixing the very special granulometric rubber powder in a %100 pure acrylic latex polymer. As our other systems,       T Cushion which is used for multipurpose in outdoors provides a comfortable, safe and high performance game for the player thanks to its impact absorber floor feature. T Cushion which has to be applied on concrete infrastructure may also be applied on concrete floors whose surface preparation is properly made. It is classified as number 1 by ITF its average application thickness is 3 mm. ITF Pace Rate: 1

T Cushion Plus

A professional system with its impact absorbing feature increased with 8 coats of RUBBER, T Cushion Plus provides a game at a medium speed. The system creates a long lasting floor that may be used during four seasons. The combination of 8 different colors enables you to create field floors of different colors. Not requiring any maintenance, T Cushion Plus gives the player the joy of a professional game with its long lasting quality and comfort. It is classified as number 3 by ITF. ITF Pace Rate

BASKETBALL COURT PAINT | BACKYARD COURT | COURT SURFACES

Basketball and multi-purpose courts are found everywhere from parks and schools to clubs and homes. Our systems are ideal for any indoor or outdoor court surface in any part of the world. Netball, Volleyball, and a variety of activities can be played on an acrylic game court surface.

RUNNING TRACK SURFACES

Our running track systems are designed for application over properly prepared asphalt, concrete or latex-based running track

surfaces. Our systems contain small rubber granules that enhance the flexibility of the coating and add to the overall shock absorption of the surface. Our synthetic running track formulations beautify and protect against oxidation, raveling, and moisture penetration.

The uses include:

• Resurfacing existing SBR latex running tracks.
• Use as an athletic track surface on new or existing surface (asphalt or concrete).
• Walking path, jogging trails, middle and high school track
• Coating for rubberized asphalt track
• Military Running Tracks

Polyurethane Indoor & Outdoor Sports Hall/ Running Track Floor systems

Our Polyurethane based sports floor covering system is composed of the application of 4 different polyurethane components on top of the roll pad infrastructure that is produced out of the rand polyurethane and the recycle granulometric rubber mix that is 4-10 mm thick.

Sandwich system

This is the system that is used in tartan tracks most commonly and also known as the MULTI. A mix of special granulometric recycle rubber and elastic polyurethane is spread on the floor at a desired thickness with the help of a paving machine on the application field. Supporting it with 2K elastic polyurethane sealer and selfleveling systems and spreading granulometric EPDM above at desired thickness and colors, the lane lines are applied and the process is finished.

Sandwich system is a system that meets the IAAF requirements and contains Elastic Polyurethane components. It provides floors that have high performance and long life and no requirement for maintenance.

Full Polyurethane system

It is an athleticism track floor covering also called as the PRO system. It is an ideal system for sprinter and long distance runners. Thanks to the high performance Polyurethane components that it contains elastic, resistant EPDM granules above provide an optimum comfort and impact absorbing feature.

Synthetic grass
